Introduction
Professional athletes have coaches, as well as corporate
executives. You may also have a need for the encouragement,
feedback, and guidance of a personal coach. Your one-on-one
coaching starts with a supportive and collaborative
relationship, then tailors each session to your particular needs
and situation.
Many people struggle with an expectation of,
"I should be able to do it on my own." Unfortunately,
this belief often interferes with getting the real assistance
you need. Be open to all help that may be available to you
whether it is our coaching services, friends, physicians,
counselors, or community health organizations.

What Coaching is Not
Coaching in not therapy or a psychological service. It may
be very helpful to know if there is a serious emotional issue,
such as depression or anxiety, which is causing problems. If so,
psychotherapy or another psychological service may be of great
help. While coaching cannot directly address these deeper
emotional problems, we will recommend more additional services
if needed.
